John E. Maloney
John is President and Chief Executive Officer of M&R Capital Management Inc. Mr Maloney co-founded the firm along with Alan Rosenfeld and Richard Diver in 1993. Previously he served as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sterling Advisors, a division of Gruntal and Company, LLC, which he also co-founded in 1984. He began his career at Marine Midland Bank in 1978 and then joined The Herald Group in 1980. In 1981 Mr. Maloney continued his career as Portfolio Manager at Bayrock Advisors, a division of Prudential Securities.

Saul Eisenberg
Saul is the President of M&R Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Eisenberg joined M&R Capital in 2004 from Wachovia Securities (formerly Prudential Securities) where he was First Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of the Investment Supervisory Group. Earlier in his career, Saul had been a securities analyst with Fitch Investment Service, E.A. Viner and Standard & Poor's. He is a graduate of the City College of New York and he attended the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Richard T. Diver
Richard is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 1993 Richard co-founded the firm with Mr. Maloney and Mr. Rosenfeld. In 1984, Richard joined Sterling Advisors a division of Gruntal & Co., LLC as the Assistant Vice President of Operations. He began his career in portfolio administration at Jaffin, Schneider & Conrad in 1979. In 1982 he joined Bayrock Advisors, a division of Prudential Securities, where he was responsible for portfolio administration.

Barry Klein
Barry is Senior Vice President and Marketing Director of M&R Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Klein joined the firm in March of 2006 after 15 years with Abner, Herman & Brock, Inc. where he was a Managing Director. He began his career as a financial advisor in 1961 joining Weis, Voisin & Cannon, in 1965 where he became branch manager and subsequently a partner. He formed Bermack, Klein & Co., which engaged in Corporate Finance. In 1974 Barry joined Merrill Lynch in the Corporate Development Unit. In 1982 he formed Multi-Family Resources, Inc. a commercial real estate finance company. He is a Director of the Nassau County Police Reserves and a Director of Nassau County Police Explorer Advisory Board.

Howard B. Katz
Howard is the Director of Research for M&R Capital, Inc., joining the firm in 2004. Mr. Katz has been doing Value based equity research since receiving his MBA from Wharton in 1982. His career started with Glickenhaus as a Value Based Generalist from 1982 - 1984. For most of the subsequent period Howard analyzed companies for AK Money Management and was a financial advisor with Dean Witter and later at UBS/Paine Webber.

John D. Orsatti, CFA
John is a Associate Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income and Equity Analyst at M&R Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Orsatti joined the firm in 2006 after 9 years with Deutsche Bank AG where he was an Assistant Vice President in Corporate Credit, covering Energy and Utility companies. He is a CFA Charter holder and a graduate of the University of Windsor where he earned his Masters in Business Administration.

Mitch Reback
Mitch Reback joined the firm in May of 2007 as Vice-President of Marketing. His Wall Street career started in 1983 working for BBS Securities, Prudential Securities and Smith Barney. In 1997 Mitch started his own company consulting to the telecommunications industry before returning to the financial services industry
