Mr. Maloney is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of M&R Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Maloney co-founded the firm along with Alan Rosenfeld and Richard Diver in 1993. Previously he served as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sterling Advisors, a division of Gruntal & Company, LLC, which he also co-founded in 1984. He began his career at Marine Midland Bank in 1978 and then joined The Herold Group in 1980. In 1981 Mr. Maloney continued his career as Portfolio Manager at Bayrock Advisors, a division of Prudential Securities. Mr. Maloney completed both his undergraduate and graduate education at Columbia University, where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science, and master’s degrees in both Business Administration (MBA) and International Economics (MA). He has over 30 years of investment management experience. Mr. Maloney also serves as the Treasurer of the Board of the Marion Woods Retirement Community in Hartsdale, NY.

Mr. Diver is Senior Vice President and M& R Capital’s Chief Operating Officer. In 1993 he co-founded the firm with Mr. Maloney and Mr. Rosenfeld. He began his career in portfolio administration at Jaffin, Schneider & Conrad in 1979. In 1982 he joined Bayrock Advisors, a division of Prudential Securities, where he was responsible for Portfolio administration.In 1984, Richard joined Sterling Advisors a division of Gruntal & Co., LLC as the Assistant Vice President of Operations. Mr. Diver is a graduate of St. John’s University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics, and holds a masters degree in Public Administration (MPA) from New York University. He has over 30 years of portfolio administration and investment management operations experience. Mr. Diver serves on the Board of Trustees for VNACNJ (Visiting Nurse Association of Central New Jersey). Mr Diver also served the bureau of Spring Lake Heights as a former Councilman and is currently the Chairman of the Spring Lake Heights Planning Board.
Mr. Eisenberg is President of M&R Capital Management, Inc. He joined M&R Capital in 2004 from Wachovia Securities (formerly Prudential Securities) where he was First Vice President and Manager of the Investment Supervisory Group. Earlier in his career he had been a securities analyst with Fitch Investment Service, E.A. Viner and Standard & Poor’s. Mr. Eisenberg is a graduate of the City College of New York and he attended the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration. He has over 40 years of securities analysis and investment management experience.
Mr. DeSisto is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Director of M&R Capital Management, Inc. He joined the firm in 2012 after 12 years with Bank of New York Mellon, where he was Senior Portfolio Manager. At the Bank of New York he was a member of the Personal Asset Management Division’s fixed-income investment committee, and lead manager of the firm’s All Cap Leaders equity product. Previously he was Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Alliance Capital Management. Prior he was Senior Portfolio Manager at BayBanks Investment Management, where he was lead manager for small not-for-profit institutions. He began his career at Moseley Securities Corp, Boston, in 1987, as a Series 7 certified investment executive. Mr. DeSisto earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the United States Air Force Academy, holds a masters degree in International Affairs from Oklahoma State University, and studied graduate-level economics at New York University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) and Command Pilot, United States Air Force Reserve. He has over 28 years of investment management experience.

Mr. Merrill is Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager of M&R Capital Management, Inc. He joined the firm in 2012 after 12 years with The Bank of New York Mellon, where he was a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager. At The Bank of New York, he was a member of the Personal Asset Management Division’s Equity Investment Committee. Previously he was a Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager and member of the Stock Selection Committee at Northern Trust Corporation. Mr. Merrill is a lawyer currently admitted to the Bars of the State of New York. Mr. Merrill is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard University Law School and Columbia University Business School. He has over 30 years of investment experience managing assets for private clients, foundations and family offices.
Mr. Katz is the Director of Research for M&R Capital Management, Inc., joining the firm in 2004. He has been doing Value based equity research since receiving his Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business in 1982. His career started with Glickenhaus as a Value Based Generalist from 1982 – 1984. For most of the subsequent period he analyzed companies for AK Money Management and was a financial advisor with Dean Witter and later at UBS/Paine Webber. Mr. Katz has over 25 years of experience in investment management and securities analysis.
Mr. Orsatti is a Fixed Income Analyst and Portfolio Manager at M&R Capital Management, Inc. He joined the firm in 2006 after nine years with Deutsche Bank AG (formerly Bankers Trust) in New York where he was an Assistant Vice President in Corporate Credit, covering energy and utility companies. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce specializing in Finance and Economics. Mr. Orsatti also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Windsor, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder. He has 18 years of securities analysis and investment management experience.
Laurie Jesolosky, the Operations Manager joined the firm in 1999 as an Administrative Assistant. She presently manages the daily operations of the office including trading support, client services, new account and quarterly reporting.
Jennifer Esser joined the firm in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant and is responsible for the daily administrative duties of the firm. Prior to joining the firm,Jennifer was an administrative Assistant to the Executive Vice President of the Trust Department at Trust Company of New Jersey for 12 years.
